Request data from people across an organisation, collect it with evidence attached, review it, and keep a tamper-evident record of every change.

WHAT TO LOOK AT

A two-minute tour

Sign in as the Administrator. The overview shows what is outstanding across the reporting period, and what is overdue.
Open Data requests → Create a request. Pick a site and a metric. The owner dropdown re-sorts itself into Suggested and Everyone else, derived from what each person is designated to cover — so nobody has to remember who handles fuel in Calgary.
Accounts → Organisation chart. Click any person for their contact card and remit, and raise a request pre-assigned to them.
Assets. Asset types are user-defined — each carries its own custom fields, its own register and its own documentation, all created through the UI rather than a migration.
Audit trail → Verify chain. Every write is hash-chained to the one before it, so altering or deleting a past entry breaks the chain and the page says where.
Sign out and return as the Data Owner. Different navigation, different pages, and the database refuses the writes the interface hides — access is enforced by row-level security, not by the UI.

Everything here is fictional sample data, generated for this demo.
